There is nothing cozier than cold weather fashion! And the most cozy fashion of all is the cowl neck sweater. Now you may be thinking what is the difference between a cowl neck, a turtle neck and a mock neck?  A turtleneck collar extends from the collarbone up to the lower jaw. A mock neck is much shorter, and only goes up to just below the Adam's Apple.
