My girl and I were watching the show "Life on Our Planet" on Netflix. On one of the last episodes they show in GREAT detail what the asteroid impact might have looked like. The seas literally BOILED, the asteroid hit our planet at a 100 THOUSAND miles an hour creating tsunamis around the world between something like 200 to 500 feet high. And the planet became SOO warm that the dinosaurs that weren't near the impact zone or near the coast were standing on FOUR HUNDRED land basically cooking them alive.
