Hi everyone! I am having a party this weekend and I have about 20 people coming. I've made blue tortillas before, and they are amazing, but I've only done it for a party of 6-8 people, so I just make them to order. Now I'm having a bbq for the party, so I don't want to be cooking tortilllas, I want to be outside with my friends by the bbq. Hi everyone. I've tried making tortilla chips from homemade masa 2 times. they all tasted right, after coming out of the pan in terms of flavor and cripsiness. but after cooling down, they get significantly harder almost to the point of hurting my teeth.
