Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington Home Prices Increased in First Quarter of 2024 Home prices in the Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington Metropolitan Area rose in the first quarter of 2024 as the 30-year fixed mortgage rate ranged from 6.60% to 6.94%, according to the National Association of Realtors®’ latest quarterly report. National News: Pending Home Sales Ascended 3.4% in March Pending home sales in March climbed 3.4%, according to the National Association of REALTORS®. The Northeast, South and West posted monthly gains in transactions while the Midwest recorded a loss. Year-over-year, the Northeast and South registered decreases but the Midwest and West improved.
