kathleen Dempsey kathleen Dempsey sadly passed away earlier this year.  Kathleen was an animal lover and left a donation to us in her Will,  so that she could still make a difference to the animals even when she is no longer here.  Her Niece Kerry said “My lovely Auntie Kathleen Dempsey sadly passed away in February this year and left a kind donation in her will to Freshfields as she was an animal lover. XL Bully Update The Ban on XL Bullies In England and Wales, the judicial review was not granted at the end of last month. Having reapplied, the group behind the application, Don’t Ban Me – Licence Me, have now been assigned a court date of 24 April. In Scotland the breeding, sale, and abandonment of XL Bullys was made illegal on 23 February. On the same date, owners also needed to keep their dogs muzzled in public places. Owners have until 31 July to register their dogs for exemption. From 31 July exempted dogs will also need to be microchipped and neutered. The type definition is the same ..read more
