So, I'm going through alopecia at the moment nothing has been working and I've had acne my entire life since even before I had puberty. I have had body acne specifically on my shoulders and back since I started puberty so like 11 years old. i've done some research on how to get rid of it and I have a bit of routine now. I washed my body last in the shower with a dove no scent body soap and then I put nothing else on it. Recently I started using toner salicylic acid after I shower. as I saw it worked to remove that for others. every time I start sweating or work out, I always shower after to make sure there's no sweat. there has been no signs of progressive it going away no matter what I do does anyone have any advice? submit ..read more
