Is there an online database to search through courthouse foreclosure auctions across the US? Or do you have to individually sift through each court system?

Hi curious George here once again, saw this quick equation on LinkedIn , wanted to better understand it, I don’t quite understand the % in it though, that doesn’t make much sense to me: Are there any other equations that are good to have that retailers use for the real estate side?
Thanks!

Hi just curious of what I can expect so I can have an idea of what build out costs and what I need to consider when doing restaurant installation in a space (1800-2000sf). Or what line items should I be aware of for a build out? Curious thanks!

Just was asked to come in for an in person interview on Tuesday of next week for an analyst position at Avison Young supporting the brokers in office.
I’ll put some context below but my main question is should I expect a lot of technical questions on my first interview? I was supposed to have a phone screening but the recruiter cancelled and just told me they wanted to move right to an in person interview so I don’t have much sense of what to expect.
I come from a sales background but have been trying to break into CRE and am excited to finally have a shot. The job description and preferred q ..read more

I own a property that has a septic and well. The septic tank alarm went off, as the renter is a dog groomer she is halting service for today as I am arranging an emergency pump. It’s a triple net lease but I cover structural issues. Do I discount rent for this month as it interrupts her business?

I own single family rentals no commercial property. I am underwriting a commercial property in a rural community on a town square that is on the edge of urban sprawl.
The community does not have and from listening is in need of a physical and occupation therapy facility.
I'd like to reach out to existing franchises in more densely populated neighboring communities to get their reaction to my simple questions:
If I bought the building and fixed it up a little would you lease it?
How much would you pay per month in this specific community?
Anyone had success feeling out a specific industry fo ..read more

I'm a Medical Doctor who is due to go abroad for a Medical Fellowship (further training) in July this year for 1 year. I have an opportunity to buy an existing medical clinic with no money down (will have PG) here in Sydney. Should I do this or wait till I return to purchase it?
Thank you for any help in this matter.
