We awoke the next morning to the videos of the MSC Opera crashing into the pier in Venice. I had picked up guests at precisely that spot almost exactly a year before. But, it was my husband who immediately flew into a vocal fit of rage on the morning of June 2nd. The greed! The danger! The damage! The risk! He took to the internet news sites and social media, becoming the enraged scrivener that I honestly never knew he could be.
