Is it worth it, is it healthy? For context, I’m 5’9 and 113 lbs (175.26cm/51kilo), which is severely underweight to those compared to my age. I’ve been skinny my whole life, and I’ve tried eating more but my body just won’t let me. I really want to gain weight, is mass gainer the right route?

Previously on Dec 2023 I weighed at around 63kg and fast forward today, April 2024 I weighted at 71.5kg.
I have been hitting the gym for 3-4x a week targeting most major muscle groups. Lacking of cardio in the gym.

I've been trying to bulk for 6 years now with very little success. Mostly due to not meeting my daily calorie requirements. I don't get hungry often, too lazy to cook and eating feels like a chore. But recently I started taking it more seriously and spent a couple of hours trying to find the best cost:size:convenience snacks/food to meet my requirements as easy as possible. I kept clicking on posts and it's always the same thing, "nuts, peanut butter, cottage cheese, protein shake". While these are good suggestions, I wanted something more calorie dense and something more specific. This is to ..read more

I know there are probably many posts already here on the topic, but does someone have tips against gym anxiety? In the sense of, being afraid what people think of you, being a skinny person starting to work out? I know most people don’t even care, but perhaps someone here has advice on how to overcome it?
