Another amazing girlie – welcome to our world Frankie Kitty! Earlier this month I had the pleasure of meeting a lovely baby boy called Viaan. He came long to the studio with big sister Arabella, mummy & daddy. I photographed Arabella when she was a new born back in 2013, you can have a look at her session right here . You may think this is random subject to write about on a portrait photography blog – but it isn’t! A quick back story: You may not know this, but I started my journey into photography at college. I chose a photography GCSE alongside my A levels, and ended up spending most of my spare time in the darkroom. After I started working – in financial services, photography was forgotten for a while. When my daughter came along, my love for photography came back. So I practiced – on my daughter, and on florals! Sooooo, I feel like this blog post is so long overdue. Ok I admit it, I fell off the blogging bandwagon some time ago. Not intentionally as I have always felt like blogging is imperative to keep Mr Google happy, but mainly due to a lack of time. Today’s newborn session post has a treble dose of cute! I had 3 cheeky boys in my studio last week – Jerome & Henry , twins whom I photographed back in 2015 ( take a peek here) and the new addition to the family – their little brother Antoine. My biggest fear with such a small age difference is always the possibility of not being able to get  a really nice family shot, and the sibling shot….well that’s more of a bonus, as at that age there is no guarantee hat the toddler will even touch the new addition!
