I just got a haircut after abt two months and suddenly I noticed this. Should I be concerned? It's quite large but totally flat, doesn't itch, doesnt bleed. I'm pretty confused I don't remember that being there 2 months ago.. but maybe I'm wrong.

Is this a mole or just pigmented skin?
I've had this mole for about 2 year, probably longer but can't find pic before then. That's stayed the same color, and size. No raised edges, itchinness, bleeding, or tenderness. It's 3mm on the short side, and 4mm on the long side. The mole is on my for area near the hairline by the ear.
