For the fifth consecutive year Executive Pastry Chef James Rodebaugh volunteered at a Gingerbread House workshop event with other talented pastry chefs in Philadelphia. Each participating chef is asked to bring a gingerbread house as a sample to display for the children and their families at the restaurant where it is held, Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse. Throughout the workshop Chef Rodebaugh helped children assemble and decorate their own houses with pro tips and techniques using royal icing.
