I have been taking Cholestyramine Powder packets for 20 years as a bile acid sequesterant. For almost that entire time I took two packets per day, but 5 months ago I started taking one packet each day per my doctor's recommendation. Hello, My GI is not necessarily recommending surgery, but feels it’s my best option at this point. Looking for some feedback from those who have had a bowel resection.
