Well the nausea is back. Does anyone have tips or tricks to help with the nausea that isn’t medication? It seems like anytime I eat anything (even water) I immediately feel sick and then vomit at some point. Hi! First time Reddit poster here ? I was diagnosed with crohns 20+ years ago and had precancerous polyps. I get routine colonoscopies. I always hate the prep and recently a friend told me about Sutab so I asked my doc (who is pretty old school) but he agreed to let me try it despite not regularly using it on patients. I was not fully cleared out last year so he already told me I would be having a double prep (2 full days of prep). The pharmacy/insurance approved 2 kits of Sutab. How do you guys know if it’s stomach bug or flare up? I started to feel bad super fast so I guess it’s just a bug, more vomiting and nausea than bm plus I feel a lot better after having them. But does anyone here get stiffness swelling while in a flare? I’m in a flare right now as my medication is delayed due to insurance reasons. But out of nowhere my knees are killing my. They are stiff painful and swelling up. Wonder if this is from the flare and once I get my remicade it will calm down? Im on imuran and pentasa for a few years now. My pain and nausea came back after a while. Yesterday i threw up a bit reddish colour and my stool has been blackish green with dark green coloured mucus ever since. Today i threw up a dark green color on an empty stomach, and it wasnt fully liquid either. I never had this happen before. I couldnt find an appointment until late tomorrow. 18f, i’ve been seeing my doctor frequently for the past two months about ongoing symptoms (blood in stool,abdo pain,fissures,constipation and diarrhea etc.) two weeks ago my doctor scheduled an abdo ultrasound and more labs for this friday. I had to go back yesterday as i was in so much pain and looking for answers. She said with everything going on and my family history that it is extremely likely that this is crohns.
