Hello again, as I sign off from France for a while. I am currently in a plane headed to Rio de Janeiro for two and a bit months of school and then traveling in South America. I can see the skyline of Lyon with the two rivers converging into the city, grassy parks meeting city scapes. Saying goodbye to my temporary home for now. I’ll be back in a few months to pick up my stuff and move to my next step, whatever that may be.  ..read more

I’ve been in Japan for two weeks now, going on three. We’re near the end of the month, and I’ve seen and did a lot. I’ve meet some cool people. I’ve done some fun things and tried some delicious food, but that’s all just the exterior. On the outside, life looks like fun, but in all honesty, adapting to living in a foreign country is harder than people realize. I truly underestimated the things I’d feel. Everyday, doing just basic life skills is a challeng ..read more

This adventure occurred back in 2018-2019 where I saved up to go on a study abroad opportunity at my undergraduate university. I went to Western Kentucky University and the study abroad opportunity was with the marching band.
Our trip would consist of multiple European countries near the Mediterranean Sea. We would fly over and then perform on a cruise ship.
And one of the areas we got to go to was Pompeii. My favorite historical and scientific city that I wanted to go to.
Mount Vesuvius
Mount Vesuvius in 97 AD erupted and lava flowed into the city of Pompeii. What was left behind were ruins o ..read more
