Hello! I've had a hormonal IUD (Mirena) for almost five years. I've had a number of symptoms (weight gain, depressed mood, heightened anxiety, etc.) that I'm assuming must be linked to the IUD. For background I'm 31 and have PCOS, was first diagnosed as a teen. My doctor is removing the IUD next week. Several people have recommended I take Sepia to help my body adjust. I also came across a blog post recommending Staphysagria prior to the procedure so I'm planning to try that too. Is Sepia the best course of action to implement after removal? I have 200c of both on hand. Any tips or guidance f ..read more

Then a friend suggested that homeopathy have some really good medicines for anxiety and depression and they'll fix it even it takes some time. Then he suggested me Ignatia 200 CH, 3 drops thrice a day for 3 months. So I just wanted ask this here to make sure if it's the right way to do it or if there are any other better medicines for my social anxiety. I've been buying remedies from RxHomeo for years, but for the past year, they've been out of all of the ones I use frequently (and need!). I contacted them months ago about it and they said they would be back in stock "soon", but so far, they aren't. Could someone please recommend an affordable alternative for the USA please. submitted by /u/MrsB6 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Have been having chronic constipation for a couple of years now, got prescribed this medication last month by a doctor, but then the doctor went on a long leave due to something urgent at his place. This is the only homeopathic medicine that has worked for me so far. Please help me figure it out so that I can take it until I find myself a similar doctor again(very difficult at my place, and have tried multiple doctors by now). submitted by /u/person-3873 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Can Allopathic Medicine be Used?

I don’t have a lot of knowledge about the ins and outs of homeopathy so if this is a dumb question go easy on me. I know homeopathy typically uses herbs, plants, minerals and natural substances for the mother tincture. I’m curious if Allopathic medicines could be used for the mother tincture as well? At the end of the day all these substances are simply just different chemical structures at their core. Assuming you used an allopathic medicine that satisfies the “like cures like” principle and diluted it the same way, is there anything that would make it not viable? submitted by /u/Kindly_Sle ..read more

Witness a decrease in the potency of homoeopathic medicine

I medicated sugar globules according to Aphorism 285 Fifth Edition, however, I am witnessing a gradual decrease in the potency of medicated globules. I am storing them in a cool, dry place, away from electrical equipment. I prepared them in glass vials. I am unable to figure out the reason for this decrease in potency. Any suggestions are welcome! submitted by /u/nosystemsaresafe [visit reddit] [comments ..read more
