Sony a7sii or sony a7iii for car videography

hey all, i currently shoot car videography with my sony azii and a mix between a sony 50mm 1.8, and a sony 28-70 3.5, along with a dji gimbal. however, i can only record 1080p, which isn't cutting it for me in 2024 on larger screens and for overall details. i planned to upgrade to a aZili for 4k availability, but recently saw some incredible 4k car video shots from an a7sii. i have found both priced at just around $1,400 for renewed bodies, but am not sure one which path i should choose. any advice or help would be appreciated! submitted by /u/rsp-zyphor [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Hi everyone, I took a photography class in college and really loved it. I am taking a road trip to Washington with 4 friends and want to buy my first camera. I got somewhat familiar with basics but think it would be a good idea to start with one in the $200-$300 range. Any suggestions? submitted by /u/Designer-Camp5883 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

I don't have the battery charger or an adaptor for the memory stick. The memory stick doesn't work in a normal SD card adapter. I need to know where to buy these or what they would be called. Also if I need anything else to make the camera work. submitted by /u/Advanced-Window4028 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

I currently have a Canon EOS Rebel T7 and I use it to photograph primarily airplanes. I mainly use a Canon 75-300mm lens but I'm looking to upgrade to something better. I'm looking for a focal length of anywhere between 70mm and 600mm. submitted by /u/SpicyDeluxeMcCrispy [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

I just bought an E-P1 and I’ve noticed this weird artifact in every photo it takes. Is something wrong with the camera? Or the lens perhaps? Should I return it? submitted by /u/Von_Euphues [visit reddit] [comments ..read more
