Disney's Hollywood Studios (formally known as Disney MGM Studios) celebrated its 35th anniversary today. Miss Piggy and Kermit hosted the anniversary celebration held at the Theater of the Stars and were joined by Vice President Jackie Swisher, the Disney Ambassadors, opening day cast members, and a host of Disney characters. The Stage 1 Company Store, located next to Muppet Vision 3D, was open to guests for the first time in years with limited-edition 35th-anniversary apparel, collectibles, and pins designed to commemorate the anniversary. Diamond Select Toys held a showcase yesterday celebrating the 25th anniversary of the company as well as a look at their upcoming products.  One of which was the reveal of the latest addition to their Muppet action figure line - Sweetums and Robin! Above is the fist look at an early sculpt for the "Deluxe Action Figure" sculpted by Adam Van Winkler!
