Hi! Can I mix passion flower and tumeric with pepper if I have both on the same day? And could I have tulsi tea on the same day as well? It’s for anxiety :)
Thank you ?

I’ve been vegetable gardening for a couple years now and would love to grow more herbs this year to try and use in cooking and also for teas to help with headaches and what not.
I know I can get a book on health benefits and what herb to use for what but I’m not sure if there’s a book with how to use them to cook.
Like can I put parsley and chives on my chicken with just salt and pepper or do they taste bad together and wtf do you put rosemary in? I have 0 experience cooking with herbs unless a recipe specifically calls for it so how do I learn other than trial/ error and wasting food?

I've been trying to start an herb garden, and I love some good herbal tea. What herbs do you recommend for me?

There are certain herbs that typically sold in pill form or as an extract.
I'm more fond of buying them in their natural form and potentially making a tincture out of them. That way i can eliminate the need to buy from certain companies who might skip ethical practices when making their products.
However, certain herbs in their natural form are difficult to acquire.
Was wondering if any of you could give me advice on how to go about buying a herb from a reputable source.

This is growing wild in my yard, and it smells like lemons and bug spray. Initially, I thought lemon balm, but I have no idea if it’s supposed to smell kind of like bug spray.

Is this root rot? And how do I fix it? This lemon balm has been coming back the last few weeks but hasn’t fully dried out since it started putting out new growth. How do I fix this without killing it? I haven’t been sure what to do because the plant itself is still growing. I just took it out of its pot this morning and have it inside cuz I’m sure the direct sun would be bad for the roots. I’m still new to gardening, only my second year. Any tips would be appreciated!

www.justpuregardening.com/_problems_/garden-pests/aphids/
Aphids can reproduce so quickly because female aphids give birth to live young that are already pregnant. In just a couple of weeks, the young reach maturity and give birth to other pregnant nymphs.
A short cycle of reproduction results in exponential population growth and there are many overlapping generations per year.
