It's obvious from the photo that this isn't the prettiest salad on the table, but there were some good surprises: end-of-winter hothouse heirloom tomatoes aren't half bad, fresh herbs are good anytime, and the Lightlife Smart Bacon tasted really good!  However, there are some dietary cautions on tomatoes, corn and avocados for various health conditions so please eat responsibly. Bon Appétit Magazine features this dessert throughout this month's issue, but truth be told, the Whole Foods Vanilla Bean Almondmilk Non-Diary Frozen Dessert topping was the best part.  I love the taste of buckwheat so, from looking at the photo and recipe, thought this might be a healthier version of the traditional Easter Hot Cross Buns.
