Hello everyone!
I am trying robotics for the first time, to make an arduino programmable linear actuator. From what I understand I need the following:
An arduino A power supply A motor driver (I think it is a 12V one) A belt linear actuator (I think it is a 12V one)
Then I just need to program the arduino with a basic script that asks the actuator to move forward, backwards, and brake, at random times for a random duration. The actuator should be able to move fast (1m/s or more) on a length of 1500mm.

hi,
I'm a digital artist and dancer. For an installation project I would like to transfer my movements to an automate puppet, or to apply motion capture data to a small humanoid robot. Anyone here has leads on how to achieve this? Is there anyone working on an automated puppet for artistic or commercial purposes? I was working with Euler angles in my robotics course, but there are some issue associated with it. Therefore I want to learn Quaternions. Can anyone share some good resources as I am new to it, I could not understand Quaternion and how to use it for forward and inverse kinematics?

Hey I'm having an issue solving this example and for some reason when i search for the answer it comes out really ugly (using symbolab and wolfram). The question asks for the inverse laplace of G(s) = (s^4 + 5s^2 + 2s - 9) / [(s^2 + 8s + 17)(s - 2)^2]. I know it may be a stupid question but its the first time I'm doing laplace transfroms and its killing me.

I’m currently in my second year of bachelor in CS and my goal would be to pursue a master in robotics. I am questioning myself for this summer if I could possibly do an internship in the robotics field with small knowledge? I would like to expand my knowledge in this field, so I maybe thought about doing an internship this summer in the software field and building my knowledge in robotics by learning and doing small projects at home. My problem is that I want my ESP32 camera to enable both functionalities to work at the same time or after one function. For example, after using the livestream on the web server, I want the image capturing and sending of images to email to work again. My main issue is that after using one functionality, the other one doesn't work anymore. Additionally, when I use the livestream and then close the web server, it doesn't work anymore either.
