As the title states, I’ve heard people are able to switch their aero to allow a better more long calibration for the eyes but I cannot find this setting anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated. submitted by /u/ALilBerry [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

I need to purchase routers/mesh/extenders for a large 3-level home, and I have some questions on making it VR compatible. I plan to use virtual desktop to connect to a pc located on floor 1. Hopefully the router setup can achieve 3 goals: 1. access to the pc using quest 3 using VD from all the 3 floors (floor 1, 2 and the basement) 2. have some Wi-fi 6E option for better VR experience. 3. support some smart devices across the home like smart Wifi cameras. I saw there may be some options like mesh Wifi, or maybe a Wifi 6E/7 router with several extenders, but I’m clueless on the difference amon ..read more

Connecting a VR headset to view 360 camera in real time (preview monitor)

My company has rented an Insta 360 Titan to do some testing with while we learn how to shoot 360 video. It seems to me that it would make sense to connect a VR headset to the camera to see what the camera sees in real time, but I don't see any documentation for that. Has anyone tried this? submitted by /u/NoahsArcade84 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

I have an old Xiaomi VR play headset that I've been thinking of using and I know that the support for these type of devices is gone. Is there a way that I can turn my phone into vr mode so that I can use it to watch stuff like Netflix or use any other app ? Or maybe a way to connect it to the pc ? submitted by /u/Andrew20099 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

I know this seems like a bit of a dumb question but I’m asking to make sure I don’t use something that may end up damaging the battery life or something submitted by /u/sterben865 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

I was an animator on the VR short film series 'Tales from Soda Island'! We just launched a 360° video of an episode and I'd love to know what you think!
