Hi everyone, I’m a new grad nurse, currently living in the gulf, obviously I studied there and the system is definitely different than USA, ( I am american). Here during my nursing school training we had preceptors and even the first year when we start working we need to have a precetor for that whole year, so Its not like a three day training.
