Hello Everyone, Each year we try to rotate some items to keep our menu fresh. Last year for example, we added new fan favorites such as The Yam Wise and the Stark Chocolate. We’re happy to announce our new menu changes as of August 4th, 2018!   New Crepes: The High Noon (Breakfast) Smoked Paprika Infused Crepe with Scrambled Eggs, Soyrizo, Roasted Red Peppers, Caramelized Onions and Chipotle Aioli. Every month at Paris, we like to create a new crepe to keep things interesting. Creating the crepe of the month is an incredibly fun activity to look forward   It involves a few steps and multiple staff members ingenuity . Sweet or savory? What’s the crepe going to consist of? If you’ve ever been to Coolidge Corner, you most likely have wandered into Brookline Booksmith, and if you haven’t, you really should. It’s a wonderful place and operated by some awesome people.
