I love both ELDW and Murad City Skin SPF 50 but lately they are NOT working together for me. I apply the SPF and wait 10-15 minutes before applying foundation. Immediately my nose separates and within a few hours the rest of my face starts separating. If I go back and put more foundation on my nose it immediately removes the first layer. I use a beauty blender to apply ELDW. I believe they are both silicone based so I don't know what's happening. I’m a beginner with makeup in general and have been trying to learn from online tutorials. Nearly all of them use 6-9 face shapes and non of them match my face. I get the general idea is to highlight certain features and draw the eye from others, but none of them actually tell you why it acts like that. Hi, I have oily skin. I use Tarte Shapetape concealer for my dark under eye circles and a little rosacea on my nose/inner cheeks. But I enjoyed the lightness of the Charlotte Tilbury Light Wonder foundation, and now it’s discontinued! My face is in pretty good shape other than the skin issues at my central part of my face, so I want something that blends well with shapetape, and is otherwise really light. I'm in the process of correcting my chin cosmetically an abcess took away some of my bone. Weirdest chin you can imagine. I'm like, 80% of the way back to my normal chin, but I still have some small dents. Ruins my confidence and makes me never want to wear makeup. But I just had the thought of filling the two that bother me the most (on each side of my chin) with a bit of a paste on the skin, so I can look more decent in makeup. Does that exist? I've never worn makeup, but I realized lately that I would like to! I find myself facing a few barriers. I'm curious if anyone has dealt with these?
