Hi friends! I recently started embroidery as I have gone back to school and between school and work I am sitting through so many classes and meetings. I have ADHD, so fidgeting is a must. Embroidery is giving me a “productive” way to fidget. I would like to use my projects as gifts for friends and family members. But am trying to think of things that would be useful, not just endless display pieces. I’m thinking tea towels, pillow cases, that kind of stuff, but am curious what others have done.

first post but i just need to tell everyone that i am currently regretting my whole life because of the motive i chose
this is i think my 4th proper embroidery (after a nice drawing of a pinecone i found on google, so to whoever did that: thanks very much and all props to you!) and it is so very intricate!!! ?
could have made it bigger i guess, but i didnt (and mama did rase no quitter..)
forgot that i‘m somewhat of a perfectionist, but i do remember it now ?

I want the cloud to kinda match the moon so I can’t just outline it but i also think a satin stitch might look too flat and boring. Any suggestions? (Stick and stitch from high crafting on tiktok)
