Two questions regarding resume writing.
I've been told that my capabilities are good when I do make it through to talk to a manager but the way I write my bullet points is lacking character and that's working against me. I've also been told to add more personality my resume as it comes off as very bland and "technical".
What tips could add personality?
Also, how should I convey overlapping work experience and education on a resume so it makes sense?

Graduated June 2023. Sent about 300 applications last year and only got 1 interview which I didn't land. I ended up getting a volunteer opportunity at a Startup company that turned to a short term paid role. I am about to be back on the job market and I am still not getting any hits on my applications. Would appreciate any help.
