My job is entirely cerebral and the most physically demanding thing I do is carry my lunch from the kitchen to my office. But in my free time I do a lot of physically demanding hobbies, wood working which I mill my own lumber for, fish, hunt, camp ..read more

I just realized I always misread 'steel yourself' as 'steal yourself' and quite frankly, I find my reading way more poetic

So I’m looking for a word that means to deny your mutual love for someone. And I don’t mean to be in denial about it they fully accept it but still deny going into a relationship with the person they love? Im thinking about writing a story with this premise so if a word that describes this exists would be awesome! submitted by /u/Disastrous_Zebra_566 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Is there a word for when you act or speak like someone or some group but with the intention of mocking that someone or group? I'll give an example, if someone is acting like a conspiracy theorist for example, to mock conspiracy theorists. Does doing that have a name? submitted by /u/Soft-End2247 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more
