This is from the Aldi Finds flyer for next week, 5/15 - 5/21. So excited for these! Just took the last one out of the freezer a few weeks ago for Easter. I usually buy 4 of them to last the year - even my mom who is suspicious of any GF food enjoys the Aldi GF cheesecake, lol.

My sister and her fiancé are having a small, informal wedding out of state. She has celiac (along with me and a few other guests) and there are no gluten free bakeries around where we’ll be. There is one guest with a severe nut allergy. I’m seeking dessert ideas that: - I can make for 25 people - can be made a few days in advance and then transported (so don’t need to be refrigerated) - tasty, and appropriate for a celebration event - gluten-free - nut-free (including gf flour blends without almond flour) - coconut free
Would love to hear if you have any ideas! Thank you!

I’m visiting Seattle and want to go to H Mart. Any suggestions on gluten free snacks/drinks? We are just visiting so not looking for ingredients but more like snacks, hot food, and really want to try the ice cups with the drink pouches we see online. Thanks!!

This past December, I removed gluten from my diet (not diagnosed celiac or intolerant but have reason to suspect I may be one or the other) and have adhered quite rigidly to a gluten free diet in the time since with only a couple slip ups.
Cognition and sleep quality improved almost immediately upon removing gluten, however my emotional stability has plummeted. Episodes of anti-social behavior and bouts of irritability have become the norm recently and are seriously impacting my relationships to the point where I have debated terminating this experiment and reverting to my old diet.

hello all! I am traveling to Barcelona this summer with a friend who has celiac disease. We are hoping to book a food/tapas tour and I want to be conscious of her diet. Has anyone traveled to Barcelona and have any food tour recommendations? Or any food/restaurant reccs if you haven't done a tour!! All tips are welcome :) thank you

I think my dream of eating gluten again has come true, but I am so confused.
Background: I had all the symptoms of gluten intolerance (diarrhea, extreme bloating, brain fog, fatigue) and after cutting gluten out for three days I felt a million times better. I then went strictly GF and have been for the last 4 years. Celiac blood test was negative, but I do have other autoimmune diseases (Hashimotos and psoriasis).
A while ago, I noticed that I hadn’t been glutened in a long time, despite having some “riskier” meals. So I let the intrusive thoughts win and have intentionally ate gluten three t ..read more
