This is a national park in the middle of Istanbul( at Anatolian or Asian side). You can find whole history of this place in Wikipedia.

Here in central Canada, I been to many lake side parks along the great lakes and this happens. They never bothered getting out of the car, don't talk to others, I assume they watch the waves, and just sits in the car for half to an hour, perhaps even longer.
Can anyone explain this mentality? What do they see?
