Hi all! I'm graduating at the start of May and I've finished the cross stitch that I'm going to put on top of the cap and above a piece of white felt to match the aida. Unfortunately I completely forgot about the tassel needing to hang from the button at the top of the cap. Does anyone have any advice on how I could- 1) cut a circular hole for the cap button in the aida. I was planning on pinching a bit of the fabric in the center (right next to the dark blue water to the right of Nessie's neck) and cutting it till the circle is large enough. 2) affix the design and felt to the cap.
