Really hoping someone can help me out here. I have an iphone 12 that was still running on ios14. I tried to update to the newest ios, but it wouldn't work. So today I did a full backup of my iphone to icloud, making sure that I had enough storage space on my icloud (which I did). After the backup completed, I did a factory reset on the iphone hoping this would solve my issue and allow me to update the ios.
