What is the status of women’s advancement in the workplace? The latest data is in: It could now take another 131 years for the world to close the Gender Gap, according to the World Economic Forum’s latest Gender Gap Index. Women have been reentering the workforce at a slightly higher rate than men, with parity in labor-force participation increasing from 63 percent to 64 percent. In June, leaders, organizations and communities come together to recognize Pride Month, which celebrates the LGBTQ+ community’s freedom to be who they are and their progress in the fight for equality.
