As the title says, I often don't pay attention to the type/brand name of spices I purchase, be it pepper, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, etc. But should I be?

How necessary are whole grains in a balanced diet? If one is getting a sufficient amount of fiber and vitamins through other foods, like vegetables and fruit, are whole grains still needed?

I'm trying to find the nutritional info for farm-raised Boar but I can only find wild boar. If I entered the nutritional info for wild boar instead of farm-raised, would it make a big difference in the grand scheme of things? I use an app to count my calories, protein, and fat intake. I imagine there would be more fat content in farm-raised than wild but I don't know if it's a whole lot.
I'm planning on splitting a boar with family so it's not just a one-time thing.
Thanks for

Can someone explain the push to put salt in water to better hydrate the body? This seems directly contradictory to the recommendation of limiting sodium intake.
Should monitoring sodium intake be deprioritized over adding salt to drinking water for electrolytes/hydration?
