If you like trains, may I recommend the Arizona Railroad Museum in Chandler, AZ. It has a nice assortment of old locomotives, passenger cars and cabooses; some of which you can walk through...
Note that the museum is open only on weekends 10-4pm and is closed in the summer months due to the heat ..read more

Climate change has become a convenient way for government to control every aspect of our lives. Already, they are telling us which cars we can buy and what appliances we can use. I suspect it will only get worse as it is in their best interest to scare the public by predicting "doom & gloom" and calling climate change an "existential threat". They want to spend trillions of taxpayer dollars on projects that they have no idea as to whether they will work or not, but will lower the standard of living for most Americans. Last year, I paid Nationwide Insurance $2,667.42 to cover my two vehicles. This year, they sent me a bill for $3,970.04 even though I have had no accidents or speeding tickets for over 10 years! I immediately called the agent who insured my park model and got a quote from American Family Insurance for $1,729.50. Guess which company I chose.
I can understand an increase of a couple of hundred dollars. However, a 49% increase in one year is outrageous. Inflation hurts everyone, but is particularly hard on senior citizens living on a semi-fixed income. There are days when I feel like the world h ..read more
