Sony Pictures and Wayfarer Studios released the first trailer for the Blake Lively-led drama “It Ends With Us” last Thursday, and its done the kind of numbers usually reserved for major tentpole films. Analysts WaveMetrix says the film’s trailer garnered 128.1 million views in its first 24 hours, beating other high profile debuts like the first trailer of “Wicked” (112.9 million), “Barbie” (101.6 million), “The Marvels” (90.6 million) and “Challengers” (75 million). Though the release is still two months away, it hasn’t stopped Marvel Studios’ “Deadpool & Wolverine” from already breaking records. THR reports that the title, which put tickets on sale on Monday, has broken pre-sales records with AMC Theaters CEO Adam Aron revealing the news in a statement on social media. Universal Studio Group is reportedly currently in development of TV series reboots of two iconic old properties – the classic 1960s sitcom “The Munsters” and the 1976 comedy film “Car Wash”.
