One of my favorite dipping sauces is a flavorful peanut butter based sauce.  I do not have peanut sauce very frequently, and I was really craving it.  Additionally, there was an overflowing amount of vegetables in my fridge that needed to be used before they walked out the door.  I had a red cabbage, some bell peppers, fresh cilantro, and carrots.
