You can listen here. 2. Are you watching March Madness? Baylor is still going strong—but the rest of my bracket isn’t doing as well. 3. I just got BritBox TV for the second time. Have you ever noticed when I share a picture of the front of the house it looks like this? Close in. Not pulled back. You don’t really see much of the yard or the overall front of the house. There’s a reason for that {hangs head in shame}. I want us to still be friends. And if you saw the yard you might think twice. It’s been a tough season for the yard and the beds and the general vegetation here at the house. We had a snowstorm and two big freezes after everything started to bloom and then there was hail and a TON of unexpected rain. The six-foot pittosporum hedge row in the front garden b ..read more

A while back there was a show on one of the networks featuring stories of old houses. I think it was called “If Walls Could Talk” or something like that. I so wish that show was still on. Because my house? It has the stories. A lifetime of tales of the people who have lived here. B ..read more

Looking for tips on how to arrange tulips in a vase? Here’s an easy way to create an arrangement that looks like a florist created it. // similar blue and white vase // pink tulips // You know what’s funny about me? There’s the normal way to do things. The way most people go about doing a project or build something or paint something or write something or create something. It’s the way a particular expert does something and shares it with people and then it becomes the way that particular thing is done. And then? There’s the KariAnne way. I don’t mean to invent my own way most of the time. T ..read more
