From Tokyo 1964 to Paris 2024, the GB team outfit over the years has undergone plenty of transformation
The official Team GB and Paralympics GB kit for the Paris Games has been unveiled and features a bold but relatively plain design from Adidas.
The outfits are dominated by navy blue but the tracksuits that will be worn on the podium have a white base with a union flag on the arm.
Adidas say this will result “in a clean radiant kit that allows the medals to shine”.

Tribute is planned for the fastest marathon runner in history, who died in a car accident in February
The TCS London Marathon will pay homage to Kelvin Kiptum, the current men’s world marathon record-holder who sadly lost his life in a car crash, with a series of tributes this Sunday (April 21).
Kiptum won last year’s London Marathon in a course record of 2:01:25, narrowly missing Eliud Kipchoge’s previous world record by just 16 seconds.

Highgate Harriers are expanding the number of 800m events at the Night of the 10,000m PBs meeting on May 18
Following the success of the middle-distance races for young athletes at last year’s Night of the 10,000m PBs at Parliament Hill, the organisers are adding under-13 and under-15 races to the programme to complement the under-17 and under-20 races.

Ade Adewale, who ran a PB 6.67 in winning the South of England indoor 60m title, clocked a UK 100m lead of 10.25 /1.4 in his outdoor debut ahead of Nick Walsh’s 10.30. The latter edged the second round race 10.30 to 10.34.
