Part of patch 3.2 out now. Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora has been updated to support a new graphical mode running at 40 frames-per-second while boasting higher resolutions. Available to download now on PS5 as part of patch 3.2, the mode can be used on 4K TVs that support up to 120Hz. Prior to this, Avatar PS5 only had Quality and Performance Modes, but this new option looks to feature the best of both worlds after the 2.4GB download. Gotta go fast again. Rumblings of a follow-up to SEGA's Sonic Frontiers are currently doing the rounds. Referred to simply as Sonic Frontiers 2, a couple of known leakers have said the project is currently in development. First, X user Daniel Richtman shared a post with his Patreon followers claiming the open zone platformer sequel is in the works. What's old is new again. The name Infogrames will ring a bell for many gamers out there; the name appeared on many popular titles on pretty much every platform. Now, the brand is making a comeback. Atari has announced the revival of Infogrames as a new publishing label. It'll publish and distribute games "that fall outside the core portfolio of IP associated with the Atari brand". After 35 years with the legendary developer. Kazuma Kaneko, whose career as a character designer at legendary JRPG studio Atlus has spanned almost four decades, has officially left the company. Kaneko has joined COLOPL, a developer and publisher headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo, where he will work on a new IP.
