Keeping more of than an ear out on this development. Studied Russian in high school and college and spent three weeks in the USSR summer of 1988. Four of those days were in Kiev, now Kyiv. This is not good and certainly hope the US stays out of the direct line of fire. On the other hand, what is the proper and ethical response of nations looking from the outside at an invasion of a sovereign country? We have a city owned industrial park and have tossed around the idea of doing a spec industrial building on of the properties. Does anyone have any information on the size of these builds, if and how more EDOs are starting to use spec builds, etc ..read more

We're busting at the seams and have finally convinced the powers that be that we need more space and a better layout. Right now every file room, storage room, copy room, or closet has someone on it. My office has all of our files stacked on shelving in boxes. We're an office of six right now (director, asst. director, planner, planning tech, historic/CDBG person, and ADA.
