The SPS really was a very special bike in Ducati's history. Introduced in 1997 it came with new stronger crankcases, larger valves and intake ports, new camshafts, a lighter crankshaft and 50mm exhaust headers, for 1998 it also got titanium con-rods a lighter frame and an Ohlins steering damper. All this added up to another extra 20 BHP and 14KG weight loss over a standard 916. £8,950.
A very lovely 850T which has had lots of care and attention lavished on it including a cosmetic restoration in recent years all carried out by it's previous Moto Guzzi mechanic owner in Italy, we've just treated it to a top quality professional re paint.
The 850T makes an excellent all round classic more than capable of a euro tour or a fast Sunday spirited ride. With an electric start and good spares back up it really is an easy classic to live with.

The 3CE was a UK only model the "E" standing for England. It was basically a 3C with a free flowing exhaust system fitted by Slater brothers who were the UK importers and the people that got Laverda so well established in the UK. It was only produced for 1975 before the cast wheel 3CL model was introduced in 1976 making it a very rare model and being one of the last wire wheeled triples built also makes it one of the best with many of the teething problems of the previous 3 years production ironed out.
This particular example is in lovely condition, has matc ..read more
