Further proof (if ever it was needed) that I am a terrible content creator.I was invited over to University Village way back in September to visit the Sezane pop up store. It was supposed to be there for the holiday season only, but happily, it’s still open so I popped over again recently.I had known of the brand for a while now because of Carrie’s (@wishwishwish) posts featuring them, but never really checked them out because I just kind of assumed they weren’t going to be my style. The store at University Village is closing in the next few weeks, but I hear they're hoping to be back with a ..read more

From a sightseeing flight we did over British Columbia in April. Obviously I have never posted any of these pics online because I am not very good at this internet thing. Is this the latest my new years resolution post has ever gone up? (I checked, and yes it is, embarrassingly by at least 2 weeks!) Its not surprisingly really – its been pretty much the theme of the past few years, that theres something that I want to do (and its not like I feel obligated to share this with you, it’s a post that I do actually like creating each year!) but then everything else comes up like people visiting or s ..read more

This is 40 (somehow, because I still feel like I just finished uni a few years ago) 40 always seemed like such a big age, even up to last week, so I’m not sure how I’m grown up enough to have hit this milestone yet! ???? @ceinewydd who’s a reasonable instahusband sometimes but keeps telling me to say cheese The post IG Post appeared first on ceriselle.org ..read more

First big electric car trip done last weekend (after 6 years of owning electric cars ). Walla Walla was so fun, less fun was the single stone that chipped the Rivian windscreen so badly that it needs to be replaced. Views from the passenger seat in happier less cracked times! I was looking up books about influencers on my Libby app to borrow from my local library and found this book. By the end of the first chapter, I had ordered the physical book because I was finding it so interesting and knew it was one to add to my collection. The book explains some stuff around the industry from the point of view of British influencers, and the author went so far as to do things like going to “stan” and “snarker” events, enrolling in an online influencer bootcamp and actually putting the lessons to work on her IG account. Too often, articles and books about the influencer ind ..read more

New (to us) favourite sushi place in Bellevue – @kurasushi_usa. It’s like Yo! Sushi back home with the conveyor belt, but so much better with a screen to order from, an automated delivery service (second belt above the main one that brings your request out and of course the drinks robots) and instead of stacking the plates high, you drop them in a chute and after you’ve dropped in 15 plates, you get a toy. It’s become a fun Friday treat for us, because it’s always good to accidentally soosh. The post IG Post appeared first on ceriselle.org ..read more

Dydd G?yl Dewi Hapus! March 1st is the patron saint of Wales’ day, St David, and I figured it was about time I shared my recipe for Welsh Cakes because honestly, they’re so easy to make and they’re SO good. Back when we lived in the UK, I was too lazy to make them myself, and when M&S does a snack pack of tiny cakes then why would you bother? Now, it’s a little more difficult than it really should be and I have to actually think about what is plain flour over here. (This June marks 6 years since we moved from the UK and I still find myself googling things like “what are spring onions” (sc ..read more
