The DEA has reportedly proposed rescheduling cannabis from a Schedule I to Schedule III substance under the Controlled Substances Act. Floridians will get to vote on adult-use cannabis legalization this November. The Florida State Supreme Court ruled 5-2 to advance the legalization initiative to the November ballot. If passed, the initiative would take effect six months after Election Day. The initiative would allow adults 21 and older to possess up to one ounce of cannabis flower and five grams of concentrate.
