On 01.04.2023 new regulations appeared concerning the shipment of dangerous goods by air freight. The FOCA has implemented the last partial revision of the Air Transport Ordinance to monitor the activities related to the air transport of dangerous goods as well as the exporting entities (on the documents) of these goods.
