Why did you go out of networks? In short, working with insurance companies has become untenable from our end. Reimbursement rates have dropped to unreasonable lows, hours of my time are spent negotiating for any payment at all and customer service for small time providers has been pretty much absent since the pandemic, leaving us with no recourse for their gross negligence.
