So much happened in the Stavanger food scene this week ! Here is a summary of some of it: Sad news first: Ostehuset Domkirkeplassen had to close their doors. Luckily they will continue to be open in Øst and Hinna. Support them if you can ❤ Garcia closed the Cerveceria , but opened up for lunch in Garcia Stavanger Øst, to keep their employees. What do you do when you only have 24 hours in Oslo? A break from everyday life: We took a mid-week 24 hour getaway to Oslo last tuesday- wednesday. Here is my step by step guide: STEP 1: Check into a fancy hotel. This was my first night ever at The Thief, and I loved it! STEP 2: Go to the bar in the hotel lobby, drink champagne and take 14 pictures of your glasses next to eachother. Pretend you are rich. STEP 3: Eat dinner at for example Tri Ky.
