Every year the World Foundation of Mental Health celebrates World Mental Health Day on 10 October, and this year is no different.
The idea behind this day is to raise awareness of mental health and drive positive change for everyone’s mental health. The World Federation of Mental Health reminds us that it’s also a chance to talk about mental health, how we need to look after it, and how important it is to get help if you are struggling.

We were fortunate enough to sit down with Richard Suswain of Tyrrell Accountants. Tyrrell Accountants are a team of thirteen based just south of Cambridge and are a proud partner of citrus HR. As a firm they deal with all sorts of clients ranging from small, self-employed businesses to multi-million-pound companies.
