Audi has unveiled its latest electric addition, the Q6L e-tron. If you thought the “L” stood for Long, then you’re right—it is, in fact, a long-wheelbase version of the current Audi Q6 e-tron. More room between axles means more room for passengers, but even more importantly, it means a bigger battery. It all sounds fantastic, but unfortunately, there’s a catch as big as the new battery—the Q6L e-tron is destined for China only. Apparently, the Chinese love their luxury cars big. The extra legroom in the rear is seen as the ultimate status badge, and Audi wasn’t going to miss out on the opportu ..read more

MINI was always seen as the underdog of the car world. Sure, undeniably cute and most of the time fun to drive, but honestly? Not all that practical. Well, those times are over because MINI just pulled off something rather clever with its all-new, all-electric Aceman. And before you even start rolling your eyes and write it off as “yet another crossover,” you may wanna hold on a second. This one actually is something else. All-New But Still Classic MINI In the looks department, the Aceman is still a boxy little MINI. It still sports the adorable headlights, the grille is present but far from o ..read more

It’s hard to explain this to non-car guys, but every gearhead has a list of must-do ‘mods’ or modifications for their new car. Think about it. Car meetups would be extremely boring if everyone came out with cars that looked the same. There would be nothing to talk about.  The car modification market in the U.S. is so huge that the aftermarket industry was valued at $203 billion. It’s estimated the market will grow by 3.9% in 2024.  While vehicle modifications speak volumes about your personality, some modifications don’t make sense and are honestly a waste of money. Don’t get me wron ..read more

Hertz Slashes EV Inventory Again Over Massive Vehicle Depreciation
TeslaTale
by Jarret Hendrickson

Car rental company Hertz made waves in January when it announced it would sell 20,000 units of its electric vehicle (EV) fleet, most of which are Teslas. They planned to use the proceeds from those EV sales to buy more internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles for their rental Fleet. It was a shocking move, considering that all automotive industry sectors are supposed to be heading in a “greener” direction through adopting EVs.  However, a filing for Hertz’s first quarter of 2024 says they plan to sell an additional 10,000 EVs from their Fleet. It’s a decision after their vehicle deprecia ..read more

The Tesla Model S Plaid and the Lucid Sapphire are two of the fastest-production sedans on the market today. But which one is faster? Going by each car’s specs, the Lucid Sapphire should be the quicker of the two.  However, the only way to know which car is faster is to have them go head-to-head in a race, which YouTuber DragTimes decided to do. In the video, he and his fellow driver went head to head in a Tesla Model S Plaid and a Lucid Sapphire to see who would come out on top in a best-of-three-quarter mile drag race.        The Lucid Sapphire  I ..read more

By their very existence, Supercars draw crowds of admirers who recognize the fastest and most beautiful cars on the road. Even though Ducati makes a variety of motorcycles in different price ranges, the Italian company is best known for its eye-catching, premium sportbikes.  Having made some highly desirable and some of the world’s most significant motorcycles for both the street and the racetrack, picking just a handful of models is far from easy. We decided to stick with relatively modern motorcycles, including a mix of relatively affordable models and some that are pure unobtainium.
