Mango Matcha Latte
Calling all matcha enthusiasts who like things a bit...extra (but trust us, it's AMAZING). This Mango Matcha Chia recipe is a blast from the past – it was a crowd-pleaser at our 2017 Matcha Bar Pop Ups (IYKYK).
Prep: Mix 1 ½ tsp of chia seeds into ¼ cup of coconut milk or water, let sit in fridge and allow to thicken for 30 minutes or overnight. Purée 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen mango in a food processor or high speed blender.

Who doesn't love an ice cold seltzer on a hot Summer day! We love adding fresh mango puree and matcha to take this Summer favourite to the next level.
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon Amoda Mango Oasis adaptogen iced matcha mix
1/4 cup cold water
1/3 cup mango puree (fresh or frozen mango chunks blended with a splash of water until smooth)
1 cup of sparkling water
ice
METHOD
Whisk 1 tablespoon of Mango Oasis with 1/4 cup of cold water. Set aside.
